2. Service

Shiplyse is a web-based SaaS application for estimating freight costs and profitability and maintaining transport calculation history. Available functionality depends on the selected subscription plan.

3. Account

Users must provide accurate registration details and protect their login credentials. The service is intended primarily for business use in transport, forwarding, and logistics operations.

4. Trial and subscription

The current offer includes a 7-day free trial without requiring payment card details. When the trial ends, access to the application is paused. A paid subscription starts only after the user chooses a plan and successfully completes checkout.

5. Payments and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Annual billing costs the equivalent of 10 monthly payments. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. A user may cancel at any time and retains access until that paid period ends. Payments for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

An upgrade may be activated immediately after payment of the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable use

Users may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce unlawful content, or use the application in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Calculation results

Shiplyse supports business decisions but results depend on data entered by the user and external route or cost data. Users remain responsible for verifying inputs and making the final commercial decision.

8. Complaints and contact

Questions, cancellation requests, and complaints may be submitted to maciej.firuta@mfir.tech.

Draft notice: downgrade rules and post-subscription data-retention periods still require confirmation before commercial launch.
