Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with the Shiplyse website and application.

We may process account details, company and billing details, contact information, route and vehicle data entered into the application, technical logs, IP address, and cookie preferences.

Data is processed to provide the service and manage accounts and subscriptions, handle payments and invoices, provide support, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and—with consent—measure or market the service.

Data may be processed by providers supporting hosting, payments, e-mail, accounting, analytics, and application infrastructure. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored directly by Shiplyse.

Account data is retained while the account is active and afterwards only for periods required to settle claims or comply with law. Billing records are retained for the statutory accounting period. Consent-based data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Office.
